Ilyushin Il-86 - Transaero

Transaero was founded in 1990 and it was the first private airline in Russia that was approved to fly scheduled services within the country. In 1993 it started international services to Tel Aviv. The airline operated the Ilyushin Il-86 for some time, but todays fleet consists of Western-built airliners only. The Ilyushin Il-86 on the picture is seen at Moscow Sheremetyevo.
