The
car is a 1971 cutlass "S" hollyday coupe equiped with the original 350 rocket 2bbl engine
and 350th tranny. It came originaly with AC and frontbench.
The speedometer says 65034
miles but it also could be 165034 miles
I
have already rebuild the brakes and have now airshocks. I have in winter
2002/2003 placed a 3" exhaust (rustfree) and a pair of
performanceheaders and turbomufflers
After summer 2002 i was planning to take the engine out and
rebuild it completly with an edelbrock performance kit, but what
happened, I've found an olds 455 big block with a 400th tranny.
after
summer 2003 i'll swap out the 350 and place the 455.
I'm now rebuilding the 455 with
Edelbrock performance stuff like a performer intake, pushrods, valvesprings,
drivegear and milodon high volume oilpump. Flattop pistons and a overbore of
0.30 is planned in summer 2003.
When the engine is ready, the boys
over here
in Holland will really know what OLDSPOWER means.............
