The Nearest Faraway Place - Volume 3 will be released on March, 15th. Besides the closing parts of the The Nearest Faraway Place trilogy, there is also a short collabtrack with Cadenced Haven, entitled: Conclusion. Susan Baird has designed the coverart.

I've been involved in the debut album of Cadenced Haven, Peregrination. CH and I composed three tracks together, and I did some additions on two other tracks. Besides that I edited, mixed and mastered the album. After finishing this album CH got contracted at Groove. Her album will be released on March 15th as well, and Susan Baird has also designed the coverart of her album. Conclusion is also on this album, in a slightly different version.

Cadenced Haven and I are collaborating now on another album, hopefully to be released later on in 2010 or 2011. The music is sounding more modern than most people will be used from me.

On May 22, I will be playing drums at the concert of Free System Projekt, at the E-day festival. I also will have a CD-stand on that festival.

The Nearest Faraway Place - Volume 3 is almost finished. Jan Dieterich has played guitarsolo's on two tracks, so I can start mixing the album now.

I've spent the summermonths on another new album. I've had the old ARP sequencer of Ruud on a loan for some months, and this caused a lot of inspiration. I decided to use only old analog pre-MIDI instruments and the result was an entire new album at the fall of September! I've never made a complete albume in such a short perod before. I think of releasing it after The Nearest Faraway Place - Volume 3

I've been involved in making a new Kubusschnitt album. Two of the former Kubusschnitt members got together and many basic recordings were the result. After that, I got the recordings and finished them with pad's, solo's etc. And, like on the other Kubusschnitt a guitarplayer is involved too. I think the album will be released in the first months of 2010.

Besides the electronic music there's i've an progrockalbum ready for release now. Hope to release it in 2010.

   The new album was released on April 11th at the E-day festival, where I performed. It's Volume 2 of the The Nearest Faraway trilogy. I've updated the website with a page for this album. I'm working on Volume 3 now. As far as I can see now, Jan Dieterich will be playing guitar again on this album.

On June 8, Ruud and I will have a recordingsession in my studio, and we will decide then, which tracks will be released on our 4th album.

        On September 20, I will be playing at a new festival for Electronic Music in Bielefeld, Germany.

At this moment I'm busy finishing 10 Emmens&Heij tracks. After finishing the tracks, Ruud and I will decide which tracks will be released on our 4th album, to be released in September or October.

        I will be on stage with Ron Boots at the E-day festival, April 13!!
Ron asked me to play the solo's at his third set.

My new soloalbum: "The Nearest Faraway Place - Volume I" will be released at the same festival, so Arpil 13 is the date.

I have played Moogsolo on the first track (Hour of the Wolf) on the new album of Ron Boots, also to be released on April 13. The solo can be heared on the website of Groove (click on the mp3-icon behind the track).

On September 20, I will be playing at a new festival for Electronic Music in Bielefeld, Germany. More information soon.

        The new album is mixed and mastered. I think it can be released at or before the E-day festival. The album is entitled: ''The Nearest Faraway Place - Volume 1". In fact, it contains one very long track of about 71 minutes, but we will place a number of trackmarks in it, to make it more attractive for the listeners and the radiostations :-)
