Simple Blending

			1. This tutorial explains how to blend two images together using gradients and layer masks.
			2. To complete this tutorial you will need at least two images.
			3. To begin with, put two images in one document. And position one on top of another.
			4. Add mask² to the top most layer.
			5. Reset and switch colors (press 'D' and then 'X'). Using the Linear Gradient¹ tool, make a diagonal gradient on the mask starting from the bottom right corner of the image. That's it! Simple, right?
			6. This is how you could use a simple technique like this with a couple effects applied.
