Advanced Scanlines

			1. This is a more advanced way of making tv scan lines. It's more suitable for bigger images but in some cases looks good on smaller once.
			2. Load the image you want to use and scale it up 200% (Image > Image Size)
			3. Conver image to Lab Color mode (Image > Mode > Lab Color)
			4. In the Channels palette select channel "Lightness".
			5. Apply Halftone Pattern (Filter > Sketch > Halftone Pattern) as shown in the picture (try to adjust the settings to fit your needs). Convert Image back to RGB Color (Image > Mode > RGB Color) and scale it back to it's normal size. That would be all!
