Auto-seal launcher, construction that uses pulling force of wrocket to achieve better seal

Although the gardenhose launcher is an improvement on the o-ring seal launcher, I was not completely satisfied with it. After multiple launches on high pressure. (in the 190-200 psi range) I noticed that the gardenhose was dented / cut at the position where it leaves the bottleneck and is exposed to atmosferic pressure. The forces on this point ensures a good seal but also stresses the gardenhose over its limits. This hapens ( with my type of hose at pressures of about 200 psi). Had to replace the hose several times.
Had an idea to improve it. Basis of this idea is to use the pulling force of the wrocket during pressurization to compress some rubber sealing parts in the bottle neck. The more the pressure is increased in the wrocket, the harder it pulls and the better the seal is pushed in the bottle neck.
For an explanation see the cross sectional drawing.

The copper pipe with outside diameter of 15 mm is the base of the construction and will hold the launchtubes.
On this pipe a ring is soldered, outside diameter 22 mm so it will fit in the bottleneck.
This ring will prevent some rubbers below to shift up and force the rubber ring to expand in the bottle neck so to achieve the seal.
The upward force is coming via some rings and cylinders that can shift on the copper pipe and some clamps that grab the ring from the bottleneck.
The more the pressure is increased in the rocket, the more force is applied on the rubber rings, so achieving a better seal.
The bottleneck is held in position by a ring with an outside diameter of 30 mm.(lower ring above alu cylinder)
The grey PVC sleeve will hold the clamps around the neck during pressurization.
When the ring is pulled down, the clamps will release the bottle, the upwards pulling force on the rubber is not present anymore an the wrocket is released.
