Title: Twelve angry men
Author: Reginald Rose
Genre: play
Rating:

Twelve totally different men are stuck with each other in a small room at a courthouse in the middle of summer. They are the twelve jurors in a murder case and have to decide if a boy who is charged with murder on his father is guilty.

The play is really well written. The reader gets an idea of how the American system works and what it means to be a juror. All the twelve men have their own character and that's why they react on the facts and feelings the way they do. The way Rose portrays these men is very believable.

If you liked this play, do see the movie made upon this play. It is a great movie. If you liked the movie, please read this play. You won't be sorry. I wasn't.
