Atlantic Wall in The Netherlands
Baupunkt 264

value. Here we can see defence-works which were first put under sand, dugged
out, repaired, some from inside repainted and all opened for public.

Regelbau 669 (nr1) This gunbunker was positioned to fire north-west. The gun was able to hit possible allied ships comming east in the Haringvliet. Also tanks approaching the defending area could be fired at. Those could come in over a dike, which had a anti-armour wall on it. The wall was in the fire angle. |
